1. 126 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) Jammu and Kashmir Rifles will be carrying out the recruitment rally at Madhopur (Punjab) from 10 Nov 2024 to 24 Nov 2024, for the Domiciles of UT of J&K, UT of Ladakh and Pathankot District of Punjab.

2. Vacancies for Zone-I. Soldier GD-515, Clerk-17, Chef Community-15, Chef Mess-02, Chef Sp1-03, ER-05, Artisan Metallurgy-01, Artisan Woodwork-03. Dresser-10, House Keeper-13, Washerman-10.

3. Vacancies for Recruitment in 157 Inf Bn (TA) (H&H) SIKH. Soldier (GD)-239, Clerk-05 Chef-17, Chef community-01, Chef Special-01, Steward-01, Artisan Metallurgy-01, Dresser-04, Mess keeper-01, House Keeper-Oa Washerman-05. Note Candidates belonging to Jammu District, Bari Brahmana, Vijaypur and Ramgarh Tehsils of Samba and Teryath, Paoni and Reasi Tehsil are only eligible.

4. Vacancies for Recruitment in 158Inf Bn (TA) (H&H) SIKH U. Soldier (GDI-260 Clerk-06,Chef community-14, ER-01, Steward-01, Artisan Metallurgy-01, Artisan Woodwork-01, Dresser-07, Mess Keeper-01, House Keeper-08, Washerman-08.

Note : Candidates belonging to Kathua, Samba and Majalta and Ramnagar Tehsil of District Udhampur are only Eligible

Note :

Candidates to report at recruitment rally site at 02,00 AM. No entry after 05,00 AM.

Age : 18 to 42 Years as on date of recruitment.

Physical Parameters

(a) Height-160 Cms

(b) Weight-Min 50 Kgs

Candidates should get the following original documents a long with two sets of photocopy duly attested by Gazetted officer as mentioned below :-

a. Domicile Certificate.

b. Character Certificate (Duly signed by Sarpanch SHOL Principal of School only .

c. Caste Certificate.

d. Colour passport size photographs IN umbers-201 (Computer print photographs will not be accepted!.

e. Original marks sheet of educational qualification.

f. Photocopy of PAN Card &Aadhar Card.

g. Unmarried certificate issued from Sarpanch/MC and for married candidate certificate issued by Tehsildar/Distt Magistrate.

Written Exam : Candidates passing Physical &Medical Test will have to appear for written exam.

Note :-

a. Son of servicemen! Ex-servicemen/ widow/ war widow requires to bring discharge book and original relation certificate issued by respective Record Office and affidavit by first class judicial Magistrate.

b. Outstanding sportsmen (International, national & state level) require to bring original certificates of participation issued by concerned authority.

c. Should not be belong to any reserve force nor having any reserve liability.

d. Should not hayed ism issued from service from Territorial Army, Regular Army, Navy or the Air Force.

e. Should not having more than one wife living. f. Should not have been convicted for an offence in criminal court

g. Territorial Army is purely a voluntary organization and essentially a part time job. People will be employed temporality based on Government sanction & organizational requirement.
