ECHS invites applications to engage following Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic, Srinagar for a period of one year renewable for additional period of one year/ till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/ other conditions according to the criteria as mentioned against each post :-

(i) Education – 8th class pass. GD trade (Armed forces).

(ii) Work Experience – Minimum 5 years’ service (70% Reservation for ESM)

3. Last date for receipt of applications as per format given at our website : Application as per requisite format along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification and Work Experience will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQ (ECHS Cell), Srinagar by 17 March 2025 in duplicate. Any application received after 17 March 2025 will not be accepted.

4. Interview Date, Timing & Venue : Interview Date, Timing & Venue will be intimated personally via e-mail SMS on mobile Nos. Candidates must bring all the original certificate/ mark sheets/ degree of 10th/ Matric, 10+2 and Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Diploma Course and work experience and Discharge Book, PPO, Service records and 02 (two) passport size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TN DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply.

5. Handing/ Taking Pd : Selected individuals will have to carry out 10 days On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC polyclinic before signing the contract.

In case of OK Polyclinic, the certificate would be rendered by OIC ECHS Cell at Stn HQs. The duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as contractual employee.
