Engagement of Krishi Udyami (KU)/Agriculture Entrepreneur in District Ramban-Phase II

Ref: Circular instructions issued by Mission Director, Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) under endorsement No-E-7358056/ Plan- 2/2/2023, dated 07.02.202

Applications on prescribed format are invited from eligible candidate for engagement as Krishi Udyamis (KUs) on contractual basis for a period of two years (extendable) subject to terms and conditions laid down in contract agreement.

B. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS.

I. Details information including application form can be obtained from office of Deputy Commissioner Ramban or downloaded from official websites of Agriculture Production Department (https://jkapd.nic.in and https://hadp.jk.gov.in)

II. Candidate must have the requisite qualification for the post applied.

III. Age should be between 21 and 45 years as of the last date of submission.

IV. Self-attested photocopies of the following documents must be attached with the applications form.

(a) Date of birth certificate (Matriculation certificate).

(b) Marks certificate of all qualifying examinations.

(d) Character certificate issued by competent authority.

V. As per Minutes of Meeting issued by Agriculture Production Department, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar/ Jammu vide Endorsement No. E-7296639/Agri-P S0CB /7/2023 dated 20.07.2024 it was recommended that spaces available with the Krishi Udyamis, whether owned or rented would be utilized for the purpose. However, no financial assistant would be provided consequently mandatory clause in subsequent advertisement for the selection of KUs have been introduced that each KU must make available space comprising two rooms totaling approximately 750-800 square feet

VI. Completed application forms shall be submitted to the Planning Section of Deputy Commissioner Office, Ramban in person by 31.10.2024.

VI. Any postal delay shall not be the responsibility of the APD/advertising authority.

VII. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without further notice.

VIII. Original documents shall have to be presented during the verification process.

IX. Chief Agriculture Officer, Ramban shall establish a dedicated counter in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Ramban for receiving the application forms complete in all respects.
