ESIC Medical College & Hospital, K.K. Nagar, Chennai proposes to engage Senior Residents (3 years tenure under 7th CPC) in the disciplines mentioned below through walk-in interview on 01.02.2024 and 02.02.2024 as per the vacancies / schedule given hereunder. The detail of vacancies and reservation position is as under

Important Instructions :-

(a) All the candidates are requested to appear for document verification along with filled application form as attached within the scheduled time (09.00AM – 11.00 AM) with proper protection like wearing face mask and carrying sanitizer and maintaining social distance. No candidate will be entertained to attend document verification after 11.00 AM on all scheduled dates as mentioned
above.

(b) Only those candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to attend walk-in interview.

(c) Reservation of posts is applicable as per Government of India Guidelines.

(d) Eleven Posts in Senior Resident (3 years tenure) are horizontally reserved for PwD category in identified posts.

(e) The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital reserves the right to vary these vacancies including increase or decrease or cancellation of filling up of any or all post without assigning any reason.

(f) Change in date of interview, etc. if any, will be intimated on website only. Candidates are advised to check the website regularly for any updated information relating to the recruitment. Other terms and conditions as mentioned in Annexure “A”.

(g) The engagement will be subject to outcome in case of recruitment related litigations if any.

(h) In case of turnout of candidates is more than the ratio of 1:20 per post, the competent authority at their own discretion may conduct a screening test to shortlist the candidates for the interview.

The screening test will consist of multiple choice questions in the concerned discipline. The marks obtained in the screening test will not in any way be linked to the final selection process.

The performance of the candidate in the interview will be the sole criteria for selecting the candidate for the respective post. Mere participation in the screening test will not confer any claim for the post.
