Qualification :
For Engineering :
At least Masters Degree in Engineering with first class or CGPA of 6.5/10 at both Bachelors and Masters level in appropriate branch of Engineering.
For Humanities Department :
a) For the area of English the qualification prescribed is Ph. D/ M. Phill with First class at the preceding degree and preferably Economics as one of the subjects at Bachelors level.you are at jkupdates.in.
b) For Management Stream: The qualification prescribed is Ph.D with first class at the preceding degree.
For Applied Science :
Ph.D./M.Phill with first class at the preceding degree.
Salary :
Rs. 45,000/- for M.Tech / M.Phil.
Rs. 57,000/- for Ph.D
Documents to be Required :
Grade card or Marks card of Bachelors and Masters Degree.
Date of Birth Certificate
Character certificate from the iast place attended or served.
Experience Certificate if any.
Reservation As per G.O.I. Rules.

Hard copy of application complete in all respects with self attested copies of required certificates should reach the office of the concerned Head of the Department latest by 22 Aug 2017 through post/ or courier and soft copy on the e-mail addresses mentioned against each department.
List of eligible candidates after short listing will be available on the website of the Institute latest by 23 Aug 2017.
interviews will be held at NIT Srinagar and the dates shall be notified on the website subsequently.
