Applications on prescribed format, indicated as “Annexure “K, are invited from interested eligible candidates for Direct Recruitment Class IV Cadre against the available vacancies in Horticulture Department as per New recruitment Policy issued vide Govt. Order No: 257-F of 2011 read with SRO 332 of 2011 Dated: 28-102011. Basic Education Qualification is Matric.
For Selection Purpose 10th and 12th Pass (Qualification only) shall be considered and 90% weightage shall be awarded to 10th Pass and 10% to 12th Pass on .u r at jk up da te s.Prorata Basis, no Weightage shall be given for any higher qualification. There shall be no VIVA VOICE while making the Selection for Class IV Vacancies, in light of the Government rules.
Age as on 01-01-2018, for Open Merit Candidates, shall be 18-40 Years. However, Upper age limit relaxation in respect of reserved categories is 43 years in case of SC/ST/ALC/RBA/OSC.
The appointees shall however in the Matter of Salary, Age, Qualification, Conduct and Other Ancillary Matters Be Governed by Recruitment Rules/ Government Orders presently IN-VOGUE.

Application form without Requisite Documents shall be liable to rejection without any intimation to the candidate.
Selected Candidate List shall be published in Daily Leading News Papers of the Valley besides available on Website of Department OF Horticulture Kashmir (http:/hortikashmir.gov.in).
Any Candidate found guilty in impersonation or Submitting fabricated/ tempered bio-data/ documents or making .u r atjk upda te s.statements which are incorrect/ false or suppressing material may render him/ her liable for Criminal Prosecution and shall be debarred permanently or for a specific period from being considered for any other/ Future Recruitment.
The Number of Posts as mentioned above, may increase or decrease depending upon the number of Vacancies available at the time of selection.
The application form shall be accompanied with attested copies of following certificates.
Permanent Residence Certificate.
Date of Birth Certificates
10th and 12th Marks sheets.
Category certificate if any.
11.Candidates applying for more than One Post shall have to submit Separate Application Forms for each post.
12.Forms complete in all respect shall be deposited in person or by post in the Office of the undersigned from 15-05-2018 to 04-06-2018 during the Office Hours between 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM and no application form shall be accepted after the stipulated time period
