Pursuant to the recommendations of Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Recruitment Board vide above referred letter and endorsement of Health & Medical Education Department vide letter No. ME-NG/343/2021-02 dated 12.01.2023, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Naheada Ahmad D/O Ghulam Ahmad Shah R/O Beerwah, Khudarwathpora Khansahib, Budgam, OM-06 in GMC for the post Radiography Technician in the pay scale of 25500-81100, Level-4 (Health & Medical Education Department) under Jammu and Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules 2020 notified vide S.O-194 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020 and Jammu and Kashmir probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020 notified vide S.O-192 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020.

The appointed candidate shall be subject to the production of the following documents in original:-
I. Date of Birth Certificate.

II. Qualification Certificates.

III. Domicile Certificate.

IV. Medical Fitness Certificate from CMO, concerned.

V. Certificate from the concerned Deputy Director, Employment and General Manager, DIC to the effect that no loan under self-employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.

VI. Relevant category certificate(s), (in case of candidates belonged to reserved categories).

VII. Any other document(s) as required under rules.

The appointment of the above candidate shall be subject to the following conditions:-

1. The appointee shall join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance of the appointment order. In case the appointee fails to join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance of appointment order, he/she shall forego his/her right to appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice.

2. Verification/ genuineness of the qualification certificates and the reserved category certificates from the concerned issuing authorities.

3. The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him/her unless, satisfactory report in respect of the (2) above is received in his/her favour.

4. The appointment of the candidate shall be governed under Jammu and Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules 2020 notified vide S.O – 194 of 2020 dated 17-06-2020 and Jammu and Kashmir probationer (Condition of Service, pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020 notified vide S.O – 192 of 2020 dated 17-06- 2020

5. The appointee(s) shall be governed by the “New Pension Scheme” as notified vide SRO-400 of 2009 dated 17-06-2020.

6. The interim arrangements, if any, made against the above post shall be deemed to have been terminated forth with.

7. The appointment in Divisional cadre is non-transferable from one division to another or from one Medical College to another.

8. The inter-seniority of the above appointee shall be as per the merit secured by him/ her in the selection list furnished by the J&K Services Selection Board.

9. The appointment of the above candidate shall further be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending on the subject in any Court of Competent jurisdiction.

10. The candidate shall have to submit an affidavit duly attested by the Judicial/ Ist Class Magisrate to the effect that:-

i. If I found guilty of submitting fabricated or tempered documents / testimonials or making statement which are incorrect / false or suppressing material
information shall render me liable for legal action under law and my appointment shall be terminated.

ii. I will not participate in any kind of strike during my tenure in the college / Hospital under any circumstances.

iii. I shall remain disciplined during my tenure of service in the institute.

iv. I am not involved in any criminal / subjudice activity nor there is any FIR pending / registered in Police Department against me.

v. I will reside in the vicinity of the GMC Anantnag
