Advertisement No. 06 GMCA (RA) of 2024 dated 16-10-2024.
Whereas, Govt. Medical College Anantnag advertised vacant posts of Senior Residents/Tutor/Demonstrator in various departments vide Advertisement Notice No. 06 GMCA of 2024 dated 16.10.2024;
Whereas, only one (01) application was received for the said post in the Department of Pharmacology and the application form was scrutinized by the concerned HOD and the candidate was found to be eligible for the said post;
Therefore, in view of the above, Dr Masrat Nabi D/0 Gh Nabi Mir RIO Arreh Kulgam is hereby engaged as Tutor/Demonstrator in the Department of Pharmacology, Govt. Medical College, Anantnag on Academic Arrangement basis under S.0-364 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020 for a period of six (06) months.
The engagement of doctor Is subject to the following terms and conditions :
1. Before joining the Department, the selected candidate shall submit an affidavit in the office of the Registrar Academics, Govt. Medical College Anantnag duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to the effect that :
a. If the information furnished by him/her in the application form is found wrong at any point of time, he/she shall be liable to be punished under rules including confiscation of the Registration of the Doctor.
b. He/she will not participate in any kind of strike during the period of his/her tenure engagement. In the event he/she proceeded on strike, his tenure engagement shall be terminated without any notice as this service is covered under ESMA Act.
c. He/she shall remain disciplined during the tenure period, any kind of misconduct shall make him/her liable for termination without any prior notice.
d. He/she is not involved in any criminal activity nor is there any FIR/Court case pending/registered against him/her in any criminal department or police station/Hon’ble Court.
e. His/her engagement is strictly provisional till the recipient of verification of documents/ testimonials and CID Verification. In case adverse report is received from CID, J&K, he/she shall not claim for engagement which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.
f. He/she shall not claim any Experience Certificate in case he/she leaves Senior Resident-ship before completion of first six months.
2. The above doctor shall have to execute on agreement with the Institution on a prescribed formal (Form A) with regard to the various terms and conditions applicable during academic arrangement.
3. PSC confirmed appointees are required to furnish the NOC from Director Health Services concerned before their joining, failing which they will not he allowed to join.
4. The appointee(s) is/are required to join in the office of Registrar Academics, GMC Anantnag within 14 days from the date of issuance of this order falling which the order shall be deemed to have cancelled.
5 The Senior Resident appointed on Academic Arrangement basis shall be paid as per5.0 364 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020. 6 The salary of the appointed candidate shall be drawn/disbursed only after recipient of verification of character & antecedents and documents/ testimonials from the concerned quarters.
