That an applicant should produce.

Date of Birth certificate.

MBBS Certificate.

Attempt Certificate.

Internship Completion Certificate.

MCI / State Medical Council certificate.

Merit Certificate if any.

Certificate of extra co- curricular activities/ sports if any issued by the competent
