ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE FOR DEMONSTRATORS and SENIOR RESIDENT ON TENURE BASIS

Applications are invited from PSC and Non-PSC doctors (Domicile of UT of J&K) for the tenure posts of Demonstrator and Senior Resident in various disciplines of Govt. Medical College, Kathua.

Application form is enclosed as Annexure-A to this Advertisement Notice

Note : Candidates applying for multiple specialities need to submit separate form for each specialty

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) For PSC (In-Service) Candidates :

1.) The ln-service doctor shall be paid salary as per their LPC.

2.) The In-service doctor shall be allowed to participate in the selection process only with the prior permission of the Administrative Department as per circular No. 05-JK (HME) of 2021 dated: 21-12-202 1 read with circular No. 02-JK(HME) of 2020 dated 20
01-2020 and Govt. order No. 03-HME of 2019 dated 27-05-2019. For the purpose they should route their application forms through the Administrative Department. One advance copy should be submitted in the office of the undersigned. However, no
candidate shall be allowed to participate in the selection process without prior approval of the Administrative Department.

3.) In case of selection, they will be allowed to join only after being relieved from their Administrative Department

FOR CANDIDATES WHO ARE NOT IN GOVT. SERVICE :- (Non-PSC Candidates)

1. The Non-PSC doctors shall be engaged on consolidated pay equal to the revised basic pay which corresponds to the minimum of the pre-revised scale for post of Medical Officer in Health Department as per SR0-193 dated 24-04-2018 + dearness allowance. The appointee shall also be entitled to house rent allowance as applicable to in-service candidates carrying the minimum of the pre-revised scale of the post subject to fulfilment of the conditions provided under the relevant rules in this regard. An appointee shall not be entitled to any other monetary benefits whatsoever.

THE APPLICATION FORM SHOULD BE ACCOMPAINED WITH SELF-ATTESTED COPIES OF THE
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS/TESTIMONIALS:
1. 10th Marks Card/ Diploma/DOB Certificate.
2. MBBS/ M.Sc Degree (Medical) and NMC/State Medical Council Registration certificate.
3. MD/MS/DNB/ PhD Degree (Medical) and NMC/State Medical Council Registration certificate.
4. MBBS Attempt Certificate and Internship Completion Certificate.
5. MBBS/M.SC Marks Card All Profs/Semesters.
6. Domicile of UT of J&K.
7. Academic Honors/Certificates.
8 NOC from Administrative Department Health and Medical Education in case of In-Service (PSC) candidate.

9. The candidates who have already completed/doing/left the Registrarship/ Senior Residency/Demonstratorship midway in any discipline need not apply.

10. The candidates must furnish an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she has neither completed nor doing and never left the Registrarship/Senior Residency/ Demonstratorship midway in any discipline.

11. Any candidate (Doctor) intending to leave the job shall have to provide one-month prior notice duly forwarded by the concerned H.O.D or else the doctor shall have to deposit one month salary in this institution.
