Advertisement for engagement of Professor on academic arrangement basis under 5.0 384 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020 in Government Medical College Udhampur.

ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE NO: 07 of 2024 Dated: 24-10-2024

Applications on plain paper (Typed) are invited from eligible candidates (Domicile of UT of J&K) (Non PSC Retired) for engagement on “Academic Arrangement basis” in tens of SO-364 dated 27-11-2020, initially for a period of the years extendable up to maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection promotion is made on regular basis in accordance with rubs of recruitment governing the respective posts. by We PSC/ DPC whichever is earlier, in the below mentioned disciplines in Govt. Medical Collège, Udhampur This is without any prejudice to any writ petition lying pending before any Honble Court of law.

The selection of the candidates for the advertised post shall be made by the committee as per Govt. Order NO. 282-JK(HME) OF 2023 DATED 04-04-2023 AND CORRIGENDUM DATED:06-04-2023 or any other rubs with may be notified by the administration horn time to time.

The candidates are advised to enclose the attested true copies of the following documents with their application forms which should reach In the office of the Principal Govt. Medical College Udhampur on or before 06-11-2024.

I. MBBS Degree and MCVNMC/State Medical Council Registration Certificates (in case of Medical candidates) / Post Graduation Degree/MCh, D.M. in the concerned discipline from a university duly recognized by University Grant Commission in case of non-medical candidate,

2. MBBS marts sheets of all professional examinations (1st, 2nd, pre final final).

3. Higher Qualification Certificates (DM/MCH/DNB/ Super Specialty).

4. Experience Certificate issued by the competent Authority /Head of the Institution.

5. Professional Publication, Published in Indexed/ National Journals as Prescribed, oral presentation, poster presentations chapter in book.

6. Govt Medal for overall first position in MBBS.

7. Date of Birth Certificate

8. Domicile Certificate

9. Category Certificate, if any.

10. Affidavit duly attested from 1st Class Magistrate Staling tha doctor is not in active in Govt. Service.

11. Attempt Certificate of all examinations of MBBS/MD/DNB/Ph.D. or any attar qualification issued by the University.

12. Any other document if required by the selection committee during tha process of recruitment. (All documents should be self-attested).

Note :-

1. The appointees on academic arrangement basis shall be pad monthly consolidated salary as per the scales defined in the S.O. 364 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020 at par with Government Medical College, Udhampur.

2. The appointment on academic arrangement base shell by itself stand terminated on attainment of 70 years of age by the appointee.

3. The services of an appointee under these rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one months notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Chairperson of the selection Committee shall be final.

4. The engagement of the appointee shell be terminated without any notice in case of indiscipline, unsatisfactory performance or mis conduct.

5. The applications of faculty members already working in Medical collages of UT of J&K shell be considered only after production of NOC from the respective Heads of the Institutions

6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Chairperson of the Selection Committee shall be final.

7. The application must be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees only) in favour of Principal Govt. Medical Collage, Udhampur payable at Udhampur.
