Engagement of Guest Faculty In Government Polytechnic College, Poonch

ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

In continuation to Advertisement no. GPCP/2024-25/F-27/1100-1101, dated: 07-02-2025, applications are invited from the eligible candidates who are domicile of UT of J&K for the engagement as Guest Lecturer purely on need basis for Academic Session May-June 2025 as per the details below

Branch/ Discipline : Electrical Engg.

Minimum Qualification :
B.E/BTech in Electrical Engg. from recognized University/Institute.

The application along with self attested copies of documents should reach the office of undersigned by or before 25-03-2025 up to 04:00 PM.

Terms as Conditions

1. The engagement shall be purely on need basis for the Session May-June 2025 only or till the faculty is provided by The Director, Skill Development Department, J&K whichever is earlier.

2. The selected candidates shall be paid G Rs 750/- per hour subject to a maximum of Rs 20,000/- per month as per the guest lecture norms.

3. The candidates shall be engaged as per the merit list prepared by the selection committee and further approved by The Director Skill Development Deptt, J&K.

The criteria for preparation of merit list shall be as under :

A. 80 points for basic qualification.(pro- rata basis)

B. 05 points for higher qualification

C. 05 points for GATE/NET/SET.

D. 05 points for teaching experience (Polytechnic Diploma level or Higher Level) pro-rata basis. (01 point for each academic year.) E. 05 points for interaction with the concerned candidate.

4. The Selected Candidates shall submit an undertaking/affidavit duly authenticated by the First Class Magistrate before joining indicating clearly that he/she shall not claim for continuation/regularization of his/ /her services after completion of May-June 2025 session and shall follow the rules and regulations of the Institute.
