(1) Advertisement for the post of Professor-Rinchen Shah Centre for West Himalayan Cultures

Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir invites online applications for Re-employment of Superannuated Professor on contract basis in the Rinchen Shah Centre for West Himalayan Cultures. The re-employment of superannuated Professor shall be governed by the UGC Model Guidelines for Re-employment of Superannuated Teachers. Interested candidates shall have made remarkable contributions in the fields like, History / Geography / Economics / Sociology / Human Development and allied subjects.

Note :

1. Date of availability of online application forms: 09-03-2025.

2. Last date of submission of online application forms: 24-03-2025 (4.00 PM).

3. The hardcopy of the application form along with a detailed CV containing all the contributions made by the teacher, highlighting his/her achievements during the last five years shall have to be submitted in the office of Registrar by or before 26-03-2025
(4.00PM).

4. Age must be less than 64 years, however, preference shall be given to the candidates having age less than 62 years
