Applications are invited from the candidates as per the eligibility mentioned below for one

position of Research Associate-I and one position of Field Assistant in the DBT, Govt. of India

funded research project entitled, “Development of genomic resources, elite lines and

germplasm conservation of high density rootstocks in apple”. The positions are purely

temporary and co-terminus with the project. The applications complete in all respects should

reach the office of the School of Biotechnology within 15 days from the date of publishing of

advertisement in the newspaper. The applications should be submitted in a sealed envelope

marked as, “Application for DBT-Project onApple”.

The positions are initially for a period of one year and further extendible based on the progress

of the candidate and are co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier.

INTERVIEW: Eligible candidates will be informed about the date of interview via email/mobile

All applicants are required to bring their original documents on the date of interview. No

TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
