Expression of Interest (EOIs) are invited for engagement of following contractual engagements in the Cluster Development Programme (CDP)- Gujroo Nagrota, Tehsil Billawar, District Kathua under National Handloom Development Programme sponsored by the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
Name of the Post :
Cluster Development Executive (CDE) : 01 Post
Textile Designer (TD) : 01 Post
The Cluster Development Executive (CDE) & The Textile Designer will be selected through evaluation of his/her profile and experience in the relevant sector. The application form, details of eligibility criteria, broad Terms of Reference (ToR), guidelines for submission of Eols and other terms and conditions are available on the website https://dirhandicraftshandloomjmu.jk.gov.in/ and in the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom, Udhyog Bhawan, Jammu.
Cluster Development Executive (CDE):-
Eligibility/Evaluation Criteria:-
Diploma in Handloom Technology (DHT), preferably with an experience of working 02 years. The candidate should be computer literate having knowledge of MS Word/Power point/Excel, basics of accounts etc.
Max.Marks:20
Basic Eligibility : 5 Marks
Min. 02 years experience : 5 Marks
Interview : 10 Marks
Textile Designer :
Eligibility/Evaluation Criteria:-
Degree/ Diploma in Textile Designing from NIFT/NID or from any Textile design institute of repute.
Applicant should have at least 2 years experience of working as Textile Designer, preferably with experience of working in handlooms and should have track record for promotion and development of textile including handlooms.
Max.Marks:20
Basic Eligibility : 5 Marks
Min. 02 years experience : 5 Marks
Interview : 10 Marks
The eligible organizations/agencies/individuals interested in rendering their services as Cluster Development Executive/ Textile Designer may submit Eol along with requisite documents in sealed envelope, super scribing the title “Eol for engaging Cluster Development Executive/ Textile Designer at CDP- Gujroo Nagrota” by 26.07.2022 upto 4.30 pm to “The office of Director, Handicrafts & Handloom, Jammu 3rd Floor JLN Udhyog Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu 180012”. in case 26.07.2022 is a holiday, the next working day will be considered as the last day of submission of forms.
