Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are permanent resident of District Ganderbal, for temporary engagement as Pharmacist for running Jan Aushaudhi Drug Stores in District Hospital Ganderbal & Trauma Hospital Kangan with the following terms & conditions:-
The candidates must possess either Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) or Bachelor in Pharmacy (8-Pharma)
or Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma) from any recognized institute/University.
The candidates must be registered PharmacistfromJ&K Pharmacy council with valid Pharmacy Certificate.
The candidates must be Computer knowing.
The engagement shall purely be on temporary basis for period of 06 months in the first instance and
shall be extendable further on the basis of performance and need.
The engaged person shall be entitled to monthly honorarium of Rs.10000/= (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
The candidate must be 40 Years or below as on 01.12.2018.
The following documents (Photostat Copies) must be attached with the application form.
Date of Birth Certificate.
D-Pharma/B-Pharma /M-Pharma Certificates.
Character Certificate. Permanent Resident Certificate.

Any term/condition mentioned above can be withdrawn by the undersigned at any time, if needed
