Qualitative Requirements

1. He should be Ex-Serviceman. Computer savvy and age upto 54 years for JCOs and 48 years for Other Ranks as on 01 Mar 2025.

2. Preferred Medical category SHAPE-1 or SHAPE-2 (Less S Factor).

3. Preferably should have served at Army HQ or Comd/Corps & equivalent HQ.

4. Should not be a disciplinary case during the entire service.

Note :-

1. Term based initial tenure of three yrs for JCO and OR with three months probation.
