Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the engagement as Special Public Prosecutors (SPPs) to represent the Income Tax Department before the Session Court and its Subordinate Courts in Jammu & Kashmir in prosecution cases.

Eligibility: Practicing Advocates enrolled as members of the State Bar Council and have good academic credentials and experience in criminal matters

Preference would be given to advocates having experience in dealing with Income Tax/Direct Tax matters.

Shikhar Sukheja, ITO (Hq)(Admn.), O/o Pr. CIT, Srinagar, Room No. 113, 1st floor, Aayakar Bhawan, “The Chinars”, Rajbagh Srinagar on any working day, during office hours.
