Filling up of posts of Assistant Professor (Radiation Oncology) in Government Medical College, Jammu, in Health & Medical Education Department.

Online applications are invited from domiciles of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir possessing the prescribed academic/professional qualification and age for the posts, in terms of Government Order No. 567-JK(HME) of 2021 dated 11.08.2021, read with the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (Business and Procedure) Rules, 2021 as amended up to date.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• Applicants are advised to update their One Time Registration before filling the application form.

• The application form along with instructions will be available on the Commission’s website from 19.12.2025.

• Applicants must go through all instructions and eligibility conditions carefully before applying.

• Last date for filling online application form (including uploading documents and fee payment – online mode only): 18.01.2026

• The last date of receipt of online applications shall be the cut-off date for determining eligibility regarding educational/professional qualification or any certificate for reservation, notwithstanding any extension.

• Minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned with reference to 1st January, 2025.

• Applicants can edit some fields in their online application form from 19.01.2026 to 21.01.2026. Instructions in this regard will be separately available on the website.

• All mandatory prescribed documents must be uploaded with the online application form.

• Candidates claiming reservation must possess a valid category certificate on the cut-off date and upload it while submitting the application. No further opportunity for uploading documents will be provided after the cut-off date.

• Certificates must be in the prescribed format as per rules.

• No hard copy of the application form or documents is required at the time of online submission.

• Applicants must produce a downloaded copy of the online application form along with original certificates at the time of document verification.

• Applicants are advised to apply well before the closing date to avoid technical issues due to heavy website traffic.
