Eligibility Criteria
For Junior Assistant
Education: Graduation from any recognized university
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute
For Junior Stenographer
Education: Graduation from a recognized university
Shorthand Speed: Minimum 65 words per minute
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute
Pay Scale
Junior Assistant: Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
Junior Stenographer: Level-6B (₹35,600 – ₹1,12,800)
Selection Process
Junior Assistant: Typing/Skill Test = 20 Marks, Written Exam = 80 Marks
Junior Stenographer: Shorthand & Typing Skill Test = 40 Marks, Written Exam = 60 Marks
The last date to apply online is 25 November 2025. The exam date will be announced later.
