2. Age. As on 01 Apr 2025, the age of the candidates should be :
For PGT/TGT/PRT
(a) Fresh candidates (No Teaching Exp.) – Below 40 years.
(b) Experienced candidates (incl BM) – Below 57 years (Minimum 5 yrs experience in the last 10 yrs)
For Balvatika Staff –
For Army Spouses min 05 yrs (cumulative experience)
(a) Fresh candidates (No Teaching Exp.)- More than 25 years & Below 40 years.
(b) Experienced candidates – Below 55 years (Min 5 yrs exp. in the appropriate category in the last 10 yrs).
3. Education Qualifications :
As per CBSE Byelaws for all the posts.
4. Desirous and eligible candidates to apply on prescribed application form available on school website (www.apsdamana.org.in.). The application form duly completed in all respects along with self attested copies of testimonials/certificates, a registration fee of Rs 250/- for each application in the form of Demand Draft payable in favour of Army Public School Damana payable at Jammu be submitted in School Office on or before 15 Feb 2025 (Saturday).Latest passport size colored photograph should be pasted on the application form. No e-mail application will be accepted. Incomplete application will be rejected.
5. Separate Application Form will be filled up for each category (PGT/TGT/PRT).
6. Screening exam will be held on 22 Feb 2025 (Saturday) at 0930hrs in the school premises. CSB qualified candidates need not to appear in screening exam. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview through School Website.
Shortlisted candidates will appear for Computer Literacy Test on the day of interview.
7. Candidates from defence background will be given preference. Visit website for further details.
8. Concession. For widows of Battle Casualty/ Battle Accident and wives of disable Army Persons who were boarded out with 100% disability as per AWES Rules. Visit website for further details.
