Advertisement for engagement of staff on academic arrangement basis in terms of SO 364 of 2020 in Government Medical College Dada
Applications are invited from all the eligible candidates of Jammu Division for engagement against the below mentioned posts on purely “Academic Arrangement Basis” in terms of SO 364 of 2020 dated: 27.11.2020, initially for a period of one year extendable up to maximum of six years (subject to good performance and conduct) or till the post is filled by selection/promotion made in accordance with the rules of recruitment governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier
General Instruction :
• Candidates are advised to go through the terms and conditions before filling the application form.
• The application form is enclosed to this Advertisement Notice as Annexure “A”.
• The application form shall be accepted in the prescribed format through offline mode only. The candidates have to submit their application forms along with all the requisite documents in the establishment section of main campus of GMC Doda Ghat.
• The fee for the application form is 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) to be paid in cash along with application form.
• The selection criteria for the above said posts shall be notified separately.
Terms and Conditions.
1. Candidates applying for the post should not be more than 63 years of age as on the date of issuance of this notice.
2. The engagement in terms of SO 364 of 2020 shall be initially for a period of one year extendable upto maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till selection / promotion is made in accordance with the rules of recruitment governing the respective posts or whichever is earlier.
3. The engagement on academic arrangement basis of the engage shall be terminable on either side by prior notice of one month or shall forego one month’s salary.
4. The engagement of the candidates shall be terminable without any notice by the appointment authority whenever the post is filled up under rules and the candidates shall have no claim against the Government or the appointing authority.
5. Candidates are requested to submit all the mandatory prescribed / requisite documents along with application form well before the late date to avoid the last moment rush. In case the mandatory prescribed / requisite documents are not submitted along with application form, the candidature of the applicant shall be rejected without any notice.
6. The consolidated salary shall be paid as per the criteria mentioned in SO 364 of 2020 dated: 27.11.2020 as long as he / she remains on the service and actually performs his / her duties.
7. In – service candidates need not to apply.
8. The above mentioned number of posts are only indicative, the Administration of Government Medical College, Dada reserve the right to increase or decrease the post at any point of time during the engagement process without prior information to the candidates.

a) Date of birth certificate.
b) Domicile certificate.
c) 10th class Marks sheet
d) 12′ class Marks sheet
e) Diploma / Degree from any recognised institute.
f) Marks sheets of all years /semesters along with final marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the Degree / Diploma, issued by the concerned institute.
g) Registration certificate from MK paramedical Nursing Council.
h) Experience certificate, if any.
• No documents shall be entertained after the last date of submission of application form. The candidates must possess all the qualification at the time of applying for the post.
• Candidates has to submit fee of 200 per application form. In case any candidate is eligible for more than one post he / she has to fill the application form separately along with fee.
• The selection criteria for the above posts shall be notified separately.
