Engagement of Guest Faculty at Government Polytechnic College Reasi.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates on the prescribed format who are domicile of J&K UT, for engagement as Guest Faculty for the academic session May–June 2026 in the following disciplines:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Computer Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
(Required Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in relevant branch or higher from a recognized University/Institute)
Applied Mathematics
(Required Qualification: Master’s degree in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute)
The application as per format (available on college website https://www.govtpolyreasi.edu.in) along with self-attested copies of the following documents must reach the office of the undersigned by or before 28-01-2026 (up to 4:00 P.M.). Applications received after the due date shall not be considered. Interested candidates may also send their applications with documents on the college email ID.

Terms and Conditions:
1) The engagement shall be purely on guest faculty norms and only for the academic session May–June 2026.
2) Selected candidates shall submit an undertaking/affidavit duly authenticated by the First Class Magistrate before joining, clearly stating that he/she shall not claim continuation of service and shall follow all rules and regulations of the institution. The engagement can be terminated at any time without notice.
3) Selection shall be made purely on merit basis:
80 points for basic qualification
05 points for higher qualification
05 points for experience (Polytechnic Diploma level or higher level)
05 points for GATE/NET/SET
05 points for interaction
Best scholarships for J&K students after 12th
4) Remuneration for Guest Faculty shall be Rs. 750 per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 20,000 per month.
