Important Dates:
The registration process for IUST Assistant Professor 2025 will begin from 24-05-2025.
The last date to apply online is 29-05-2025 and the last date for submitting the hard copy is 30-05-2025.

Educational Qualifications :
For Computer Science & Engineering: B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent. OR Ph.D. from institution of national importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED after Bachelor’s degree. OR Ph.D. from top 500 ranked foreign universities (QS/THE/ARWU).
For Artificial Intelligence: Master’s degree with 55% in Computer Science/AI/Data Science/Software Engineering or equivalent; with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016. OR Ph.D. from top 500 ranked foreign universities. OR B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. or Integrated M.Tech. with First Class in relevant branch. OR Ph.D. from national institution with GATE/GPAT/CEED.
How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply through the IUST official portal www.iust.ac.in. After online submission, hard copy of the form with documents must be submitted to the respective Head of Department by 30-05-2025.
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹300 online through the university portal while submitting the online application form.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of shortlisting as per UGC Regulations 2018, followed by interview only. Shortlisting criteria include Appendix II (Table 3A) with 20 candidates shortlisted per post and 5 for every additional post. The selection committee panel will remain valid for one year.
