Eligibility
1. 21-45 years as on the date of notification.
2. Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
3. Minimum 3 years graduate degree. The qualifying degree must be in one of the following disciplines – Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics. At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC – recognized university. Chartered Accountant (CA) issued by Institute of Chartedered accountants of India (ICAI) or Cost and management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) issued by Institute of Cost Accountant if India (ICMAI)
4. The candidate must have full time , paid, post qualification work Experience in the domains as entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation ,livelihoods, market linkage, skill development, or program management in the development or government sector.
