Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following temporary position at the Institute of Biotechnology, SKUAST-Jammu.

Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged/Ex-Servicemen/Women candidates as per Government of India rules.

Emoluments:
₹25,000 per month (fixed)

Minimum Qualification:
Graduate in Biotechnology / Biosciences

Desirable Qualification:
M.Sc. (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology)
Candidate should have at least two years of experience in handling HPLC, GC, AAS, etc.

Terms and Conditions for Academic Arrangement

The engagement shall be purely on a contract basis.

No legal right to claim regularization or appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the University.

The appointment is for a period of six months. Extension of another six months may be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the appointee and requirement of the Institute.

Eligible candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of the interview separately.

No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
