Applications are invited in the prescribed format, available on the University website (www.skuast.org.), for the engagement of Young Professional-I at Assessment of Farm Mechanization Status and Prospects of Custom Hiring in India, SKUAST-Jammu. As per the details given below :

Age limit : Candidates age should not be less than 20 years and not more than 55 years as on 01.02.2025
Essential qualification : B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering)
Consolidated wages : Rs. 30000/- per month (Fixed)
Note :
1. The mode of interview shall be offline and shall be communicated through email/what’s app/phone call.
2. Venue of interview: Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Block No. 07 (GF) Main Campus, Chatha
Terms and conditions for academic arrangement are as under :
1. The engagement shall be purely on contract basis.
2. No legal right to claim his/her regularization/ appointment by the absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the university would be entertained. In event of relinquishing of the engagement one month notice is essential.
3. The appointment is for six months. The extension for further period may be granted subject to be satisfactory performance of the contractee and availability of the funds and requirement.
4. Eligible candidates shall be informed through email/what’s app/phone call
5. No. TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
6. The contractual position advertised herein can be withdrawn at any time as per the decision of the University.
7. Candidate must have knowledge of regional language
8. No application will be entertained after the last date quoted
9. The application form complete in all respects along with the self-attested copies of the certificates and accompanied with Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Comptroller, SKUAST-Jammu payable at Chatha should reach the office of the Dean, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Block No. 07 (Ground Floor) Main Campus, Chatha through post/ in-person and they may also submit an advance copy via email (deanfoae@skuastj.org) on or before 07.03.2025.
