It is hereby notified that a Walk-in Interview will be conducted for the position of Research Assistant under the ICSSR-sponsored project titled “Determinants of Household Adoption of Solar Energy Technology in the UT of Ladakh.” in the office of the Head of the Division of Agricultural Statistics, Faculty of Horticulture, SKUAST-K, Shalimar at 10:00 am on 13th October 2025.The details are as follows
Name of the Position : Research Assistant
Eligibility : Post-graduate in Social- Science discipline (55% minimum) with NET/M.Phill/Ph.D.
Monthly Remuneration : Rs.37,000/- per-month
Terms and Conditions :
1. The engagement will be governed by the terms and conditions laid down by SKUAST-K and the sponsoring agency, ICSSR.
2. The post is temporary and offered for a period of 2 months (approximately) only.
Interested candidates may appear in person with their CV, original documents, and one set of self-attested copies on the day of the interview and no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
