Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions, purely on a temporary contract-basis under an ICMR-funded project titled, Molecular Epidemiology, Evolutionary Dynamics and Stability of Rotavirus at Human–Animal–Environment interface, being undertaken at the Division of Veterinary Microbiology & Immunology, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, SKUAST-Kashmir.
Position : Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)
No. of positions : 01
Eligibility :
Essential :-
First class master’s degree in Relevant field (Microbiology/Virology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry) from a recognized
university. or Second-class master’s degree with PhD in Relevant field (Microbiology/Virology Biotechnology/Biochemistry) from a recognized university
Desirable :
Experience in molecular and cellular virology.
Excellent knowledge of computational biology and good writing skills.
Position : Project Technical Support-I
Essential :-
Post-graduate degree in Relevant subject (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Virology from a recognized university.
Desirable :-
Experience in molecular virology techniques.
Position : Project Nurse-I
Essential :-
Two years Auxiliary Nurse & Midwife (ANM) course
Desirable :
Experience in Laboratory work
