We’re Hiring: Sales Executives (Saudi Arabia)

Starker Global Solutions is a fast-growing international commodity trading and consulting firm with operations across Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, and the USA. We are expanding our Saudi operations and invite motivated and ambitious professionals to join our on-ground sales team.

Position : Sales Executive (3 Positions)
Work Location: Saudi Arabia – Dammam | Al Hasa | Riyadh | Qatif | Abha

 

Key Responsibilities

-Sales & marketing of agricultural commodities (Rice and related products)

-Managing distributor relationships and local market outreach

-Supporting warehouse coordination and basic supply chain operations

-Assisting in inventory tracking and order fulfillment

-Basic documentation and coordination with accounts/logistics teams

Eligibility Criteria :

Age: 20–30 years
Gender: Male
Valid passport (mandatory)
Valid driving license (mandatory)

Languages :

-Fluent in reading & writing Urdu
-Fluent in reading & writing English
-Arabic knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
-Basic accounting knowledge – desirable but not compulsory

Experience

No strict experience requirement
-Freshers with strong work ethic, learning mindset, and ambition are welcome

-Prior experience in sales, FMCG, commodities, logistics, or warehousing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
-Salary: SAR 2,000 – 2,500 per month + Sales incentives on target achievement.

-Accommodation & boarding: Provided by the company

-Annual Leave: 20 days paid leave per year
-Air Ticket: Annual return ticket (Dammam–India) sponsored by the company
