Approval has been accorded by District Programme Officer, Poshan Doda under receipt No. POD/D/Estt/24/248 dated 14.08.2024 for Re- Advertisement for various vacancies of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi centers of Poshan Project Doda, as per the details given below.

Application on prescribed Performa (Annexure-A) are invited for eligible females candidates for Recruitment Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centers on Honorarium basis for the Anganwadi Centers mentioned below as per Annexure- A.

Vacancy of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers):

Eligibility Criteria:

Criteria for Selection of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers):

a. The selection of Sahayikas (AWH) shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is located.

b. Women candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as of 01-01-2024 shall be considered for the post.

c. Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.

d. Minimum qualification for Sahayikas (AWH) shall be Matriculation.

e. In case no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than VIII standard shall be considered.

f. A Selection Committee Comprising of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Block Development Officer (BDO), and Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), concerned in each Project/Block shall have the mandate to make selections of the eligible candidates for the position of Sahayikas (AWH).

g. The committee shall select the married woman of the ward as helper. In case no married candidate is available. Unmarried candidate may be considered.

h. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered

i. In rarest of rare case where selection committee finds a widow headed household with no income source or a completely destitute lady with zero source of income in such cases preference may be given if other things are equal.

The application Performa given in Annexure-B of this notice for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) for Anganwadi centers as per Annexure-A of this notice complete in all respects along with self-attested copies of the following documents should be sent to the office of the Undersigned be registered post or by personal delivery against proper receipt within 14 days from the date of publication of this Notice.

Documents Required:

i) Academic Qualification certificate with marks Sheet (10th).

ii) Date of Birth certificate (Matric Diploma/Marks Card)

iii) Domicile Certificate

iv) Copy of Panchayat/Ward voter list as a proof of residence of the candidate.

Note : No Application form will be entertained after the expiry of the last date.
