Eligibility :

He/She should be a permanent resident of the state of Jammu & Kashmir

He/She should have one of the following qualification:

(A) Chartered Accountant (fresher)
(B) CA inter with 2 years of relevant work experience.
(C) M. Com with 10 years of relevant work experience.
