Khadi and Village Industries Commission Recruitment

The State Office, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (Government of India), through the “Village Industries Development Scheme (GVY)”, aims to provide employment-oriented traditional industries training to unemployed youth (male/female) in rural areas of Jammu and Kashmir. Selected candidates will be provided training and assistance for the purchase of machinery and equipment.

Agarbatti (Incense Stick) Manufacturing

Dona Pattal (Leaf Plate) Making

Stitching Machine

Candle Manufacturing

Carpenter’s Tools

Computerized Embroidery Machine

Food Processing and Fruit & Vegetable Processing Unit

Eligibility:

Applicants must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir.

Government employees/Ex-government employees/other similar schemes/beneficiaries cannot apply.

Age limit: 18 to 55 years.

Only one member per family can benefit.
