GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:

LIC’s Bima Sakhi (MCA Plan) is a stipend plan exclusively for womenwith a stipend period of 3 YEARS

Minimum age should be 18 years on the date of application. Maximum age at entry shall be 70 years (last birthday).

Minimum Qualification – 10th class passed.( Hr qualification preferred)

Performance criteria to be met by the MCA during each stipend year

STIPEND PAYABLE:

First Year 7000

Second Year 6000

Third Year 5000

Along with

Commissions , Bonus, Incentives and many other benefits from time to time as per corporation guidelines and criteria.
