Temporary Engagement of Chartered Accountant/ Professional Expert for DPR Formulation under Mission YUVA for a period of 3 months.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the temporary engagement of a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Professional Expert with experience in the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) under Mission YUVA for a period of three (03) months. The engagement is aimed at augmenting the capacity of the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) in processing applications from aspiring entrepreneurs.
A. Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant with expertise in DPR preparation along with documentary proof.
2. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in DPR formulation, project finance, business consultancy, or related fields.
B. Honorarium:
1. Rs. 40,000 (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) per month
C. Terms of Reference (TO):
1. Ensure zero pendency in DPR/Quotation Performa preparation for applications submitted to SBDUs.
2. Complete at least 10 DPRs/Quotation Proformas per day to meet the processing targets.
3. Prepare all documents in consultation with SBDU/BHD officials, training them simultaneously in DPR formulation.
4. Ensure effective use of DPR Generator Manual, Al-based DPR- tools, and Mission YUVA Portal for sustainable implementation.
5. Build capacity of SBDU/BHD officials by familiarizing them with DPR tools and formats over the engagement period.
D. Additional Terms:
I. 25 to 30 marks shall be earmarked for interview performance.
II. On-spot live demonstration of DPR/Quotation Performa preparation will be conducted during the selection process to assess practical expertise and suitability for assignment.
E. Selection Procedure:
The selection shall be made on the basis of qualification, experience, interview, and live demonstration. A duly constituted selection committee shall evaluate all eligible applicants.
F. How to Apply:
Interested candidates are required to submit their detailed resume/CV along with self-attested copies of qualifications and experience certificates in the Office of District Employment and Counselling Centre Kishtwar by or before seven (07) days from the publication of the notice.
Note: The engagement shall be purely temporary in nature, and shall not confer any right for permanent absorption in the government services.
