Name of the Posts : Chartered Accountant

Temporary Engagement of Chartered Accountant for DPR Formulation under Mission YUVA for a period of 3 months.

Expression of Interest (EOI) are invited from eligible and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA)/CA Firms with expertise in formulation of Detailed Project Reports DPRs for Temporary engagement for the period of 3 months who shall assist the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) team/BHD officials at the District Level in formulation of DPRs/Quotation Performa for processing applications from aspiring entrepreneurs under Mission YUVA.

The CA/CA Firm so engaged shall be paid emolument of Rs. 40,000/- per month.

Eligibility :

1. The CA/CA Firm must be registered & having Certificate of Registration from ICAI.

2. The CA/CA Firm must have experience in DPR preparation and shall work in close coordination with SBDU team at the District Level.

3. The CA/CA Firm must not be Delisted/Depanelled by any Institution.

Terms and Conditions

1. Ensure the DPR meets the eligibility and feasibility standards as per scheme guidelines of Mission YUVA.

2. Ensure zero pendency in DPR/Quotation Performa preparation for applications submitted to SBDUs.

3. Complete at least 15 DPRs/Quotation Performa per day to meet the targets.

4. Prepare all documents in consultation with SBDU/BHD officials.

5. Ensure effective use of DPR Generator Manual, AI-based DPR tools and Mission YUVA Portal/DPR Repository on Mission YUVA App/Portal for sustainable implementation.

6. Build Capacity of SBDU/BHD officials by familiarizing them with DPR tools and formats over the engagement period.

7. The applicant shall submit an affidavit to the undersigned that he will deliver his services for the entire duration of term and in the event of failure the undersigned shall have right to terminate the engagement immediately without any prior notice.

8. The CA/CA Firm should have office Located at District Headquarter.

Selection Procedure :

The selection shall be made on the basis of qualifications and experience. A duly constituted selection committee shall evaluate all eligible applicants.
