Applications are invited for empanelment as Motivators (Grass root-Level Resource Persons) under Mission YUVA from retired govt. Officials, NGO-workers, Pashu Sakhis, Bank Sakhis, Lakhpati Didis, other community resource persons, local community members/ any interested eligible person on temporary basis:
The eligibility criterion is as under :
i. Age: 21 years and above on the date of notification.
ii. Domicile: The candidate must be domicile of J&K.
iii. Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess a minimum qualification of 10th Class from a recognized board.
iv. Work Experience in Entrepreneurship
4. Empanelment of Motivators: The motivators shall be shortlisted on the basis of above parameters and criteria at the rate of 1:2/ 1:3 and selected out of them on the merit by the district level selection committee.
Contract Duration: The engagement shall be temporary for a period of one year and if the empanelled motivator has not resulted in any successful application within three months of engagement, the fixed subsistence allowance shall be discontinued. However, if the performance is satisfactory, the motivator will continue subject to the fulfillment of key performance indicators given at para (8) below.

Applications shall be collected only through the online mode. No offline or physical mode of application shall be allowed. Candidates need to arrange the following documents legibly scanned before they proceed to fill up the application form:
i. Proof of Date of Birth (Class 10th board certificate).
ii. Work experience certificate/proof.

Roles and Responsibilities of YUVA Motivators :
The primary responsibilities of YUVA Motivators will include:
i. Disseminating Mission YUVA updates, objectives, success stories, and relevant resources through designated WhatsApp groups to reach potential entrepreneurs.
ii. Conducting one interaction session per month per Panchayat, engaging with individuals assigned to them.
iii. Providing personalized support to entrepreneurs throughout the loan application process, addressing their queries, and guiding them effectively.
iv. Collecting regular feedback from entrepreneurs and submitting field progress reports to the concerned authorities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for YUVA Motivators
To assess performance, the following KPIs will be used:
i. Conduct 10 awareness sessions per month, with 60-70 participants per session.
ii. Attain a minimum of 80% entrepreneur satisfaction score, based on feedback surveys.
iii. Ensure 100+ YUVA app installs per motivator per month, through active promotion and QR-code-distribution.
iv. Facilitate a minimum of 10 loan applications per month via the app-based portal.
v. Document and submit at least 5 success stories per month to the Employment Department.
vi. Conduct a minimum of 30 one-on-one mentorship sessions monthly with potential entrepreneurs.
