Join Mission YUVA – Build the Future of Entrepreneurship in J&K
Applications are invited from qualified external trainers for their empanelment under the capacity building program in hybrid mode under Mission YUVA in District Rajouri.
Positions: External Certified Trainers (Resource Persons).
Eligibility Criteria:
i. Age: 25 to 45 years as on the date of notification.
ii. Domicile: Must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
iii. Educational Qualification: Graduation in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a UGC-recognized University.
iv. Experience: Relevant experience in entrepreneurship development, finance, marketing or other related fields is desirable.
Remuneration/Incentive Structure:
Trainers can earn up to ₹60,000 per month upon successful completion of two batches during the cycle. The incentive per batch is as follows:
i. ₹15,000 per batch (30 participants) upon successful course completion.
ii. ₹7,500 per batch if loans are disbursed under Mission YUVA to at least 1/3 of the participants.
iii. ₹7,500 per batch if at least 1/3 of the participants successfully establish enterprise and submit the completion report.
Maximum potential incentives per batch is ₹30,000; two batches can be completed in a month with potential remuneration ₹60,000 per month subject to the conditions laid down in the guidelines of Mission YUVA.
Roles and Responsibilities of the External Trainer:
i. Conduct physical training sessions at allotted & designated institutions (Universities, Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnic Institutes, JKEDI, RSETI).
ii. Facilitate online learning via Mission YUVA App and guide participants through hybrid modules.
iii. Creation of batch and registration of the candidates in the batch.
iv. Mentor participants on entrepreneurship projects, financial planning, and marketing linkages.
v. Track progress, maintain records, and coordinate with SBDU and DLIC for reporting.
Screening and Evaluation Process:
Screening will be automated through the Mission YUVA portal based on eligibility criteria and a predefined Marking Matrix as given below.
Candidates scoring a minimum of 70 marks will qualify. If a sufficient number of candidates are not identified within one month, the minimum qualifying marks may be reduced to 60, subject to approval from the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) on the recommendation of SBDU.
