Eligibility Criteria :
Additional Chief Risk Manager: Age 30–62 years; Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Business Administration/MBA/PGDI or CA/CS; minimum 10 years’ BFSI experience with at least 5 years at senior management level in risk management in a regulated lending entity or RBI‑approved credit rating agency; desirable risk certifications and experience as Risk Officer/Head of Risk, with exposure to market/liquidity/operational risk, high‑value project appraisal and climate/ESG.
Risk Managers (DAMI, Credit, Market, Operational): Age mostly 30–60/50 years; mandatory PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Econometrics/Mathematics or MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/PGDM or relevant engineering/CA/ICWA; minimum 5 years’ practitioner‑level experience in risk management in financial institutions or risk consultancy/rating/training firms, with specific profiles for credit, market and operational risk modelling, policy, analytics and software solutions.
Producer Organization Manager / GI Manager / Incubation Centre–Startup Manager / Senior Consultant: Age 30–55 years (Senior Consultant 40–55); mandatory master’s degrees in Business Administration, Rural Development, Business Analytics, Agriculture, Agri Business, Agri Economics, Marketing, Agri Business Management, Intellectual Property Law, Technology Management, Entrepreneurship or related fields; 5–10 years’ experience in rural development, producer organisations, GI promotion, MSME/startup incubation, cluster development, policy and capacity building; strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.
Financial Analyst: Age 24–35 years; two‑year full‑time PGDM/MBA/MMS (Finance) with 55% marks or membership of ICAI/CFA Institute with any bachelor’s degree; minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Banks/FIs/BFSI; skills in financial analysis, credit appraisal, monitoring and use of financial analysis tools.
Data Scientist‑cum‑BI Developer: Age 23–30 years; full‑time BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/AI & Data Science with first class (minimum 60%) or ME/M.Tech/MCA in relevant IT/data fields; minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience in AI/ML projects; required skills include AI/ML model development and validation, big data tools, analytical databases, BI tools and LLM usage.
Project Manager – IT Operations & Infrastructure / Project Manager – Information Security Operations: Age 28–62 years; BE/B.Tech or BCA/MCA/MSc in relevant IT/CS/ECE/Cyber Security; minimum 7 years’ (graduates) or 5 years’ (postgraduates) experience in data centre, infrastructure, or information/cyber security operations and risk management in IT/BFSI, with various technical certifications preferred.
Senior Statistical Analyst: Age 30–45 years; Master’s degree (MA/MSc) in Economics/Applied Economics/Agri Economics/Financial Economics/Statistics/Data Science/Management/Business Analytics; minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience with advanced quantitative and econometrics skills and ability to manage, analyse and forecast using statistical software.

Salary/Stipend :
Additional Chief Risk Manager: Consolidated remuneration ₹3.85 lakh per month (all inclusive).
Risk Managers (DAMI, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk) and Project Managers (IT Operations & Infrastructure, Information Security Operations): Consolidated remuneration ₹3.00 lakh per month (all inclusive) for each of these posts.
Producer Organization Manager, GI Manager, Incubation Centre/Startup Manager, Senior Consultant: Consolidated remuneration ₹1.50 lakh per month (all inclusive) for each of these posts.
Financial Analyst: Consolidated remuneration in the range of ₹1.75–2.00 lakh per month (all inclusive).
Data Scientist‑cum‑BI Developer: Consolidated remuneration ₹15–21 lakh per year (all inclusive).
Compensation is cost to NABARD and includes all statutory payments; specialists are liable for tax as per law; annual increment up to a maximum of 10% may be granted based on satisfactory performance and Bank’s discretion.
Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025) :
Additional Chief Risk Manager: 30 to 62 years.
Risk Manager – DAMI Cell: 30 to 60 years.
Risk Manager – Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk: 30 to 50 years (30–45 years preferred for some posts).
Producer Organization Manager, GI Manager, Incubation Centre/Startup Manager: 30 to 50 years.
Senior Consultant: 40 to 55 years.
Financial Analyst: 24 to 35 years.
Data Scientist‑cum‑BI Developer: 23 to 30 years.

Senior Statistical Analyst: 30 to 45 years.
Application Fee :
SC/ST/PWBD candidates: Application Fee NIL, Intimation charges etc. ₹150 (exclusive of applicable GST); total ₹150 plus GST.
All other candidates: Application Fee ₹700, Intimation charges etc. ₹150 (exclusive of applicable GST); total ₹850 plus GST.
Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fee/intimation charges have to be borne by the candidate.

Selection Process :
Selection will be by way of interview only; candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:3 based on qualification, experience, etc.
Shortlisted candidates serving in Government/Quasi Government offices, PSUs, nationalised banks and financial institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered and any admissible travelling expenses will not be paid.
Before appointment, selected candidates must produce a proper relieving letter from previous/present employer and undergo pre‑recruitment medical examination; final appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by Bank’s Medical Officer.
NABARD reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel recruitment in part or full; roll numbers of shortlisted and selected candidates will be published on Bank’s website, and Bank’s decision in shortlisting/selection based on minimum qualifying standards shall be final.
General Information/Instructions :
NABARD is an all‑India Apex Organization wholly owned by Government of India and an equal opportunity employer; engagement of specialists is purely on contract and does not confer any right or claim for regular employment.
Applications are accepted only online through NABARD website; all revisions/corrigendum will be hosted on the Bank’s website only and candidates must regularly check the site.
Specialists will not be entitled to superannuation benefits like Provident Fund, Pension or Gratuity; however, they will be eligible for travelling/halting allowance as admissible to equivalent grade officers when on official tours outside headquarters.
Maximum leave admissible is 30 days per calendar year on a proportionate basis; unavailed leave will not be carried forward and any additional absence may be treated as leave without pay.
Specialists will be provided office space, internet connectivity, lounge facilities as applicable and medical facility for self at Bank’s dispensary where available; they will report to an officer of higher grade as decided by the Officer‑in‑Charge.
Bank may terminate the contract at any time without prior notice and without assigning reasons; normally, one month’s notice is provided and the specialist may also resign with one month’s notice or payment in lieu.
Any legal proceedings in respect of claims or disputes arising from this advertisement can be instituted only in Mumbai, and courts/tribunals/forums at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
