RECRUITMENT NOTICE NO. 02/2025

NHIDCL invites ONLINE applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to posts at E2 Grade (IDA pattern) on Direct Recruitment basis.

Posts advertised:

– Deputy Manager (HR & Admin): Three vacancies (UR–03). IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000–1,60,000. Upper age limit: Not exceeding 34 years. Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Written Exam 2024 and Personality Test (Interview) conducted by UPSC
• Bachelor’s Degree and Civil Services Main Examination 2024 plus Personality Test (Interview) conducted by UPSC

– Deputy Manager (Finance): Two vacancies (UR–02). IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000–1,60,000. Upper age limit: Not exceeding 34 years. Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and Civil Services Mains (Finance & Accounts) 2024 with Personality Test (Interview) conducted by UPSC

Relaxations in age and experience as per applicable rules.

Eligibility:
Only candidates who have cleared Civil Services Mains – Written Exam 2024 and the Personality Test (Interview) conducted by UPSC are eligible.
Candidates who have not appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination 2024 (Prabha 45/2024) are not eligible to apply.
