Maximum Age limit for Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: 55 Years

Maximum Age limit for Quality Manager, Continued Airworthiness Manager: 45 Years

Maximum Age limit for Dy. Quality Manager, Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager, Air Safety Officer: 35 Years

Maximum Age limit for Station Manager: 30 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

• Dy. Chief of Flight Safety:  CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. Engineering Degree
• Continued Airworthiness Manager: B. Tech/ Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent. Diploma in AME
• Quality Manager: Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Air Safety Officer: Helicopter Pilot from Defence services or CPL(H) or ATPL (H) with or without currency of licence. Medical Assessment is desirable. B.Tech/ Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager: B. Tech/ Engg Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or equivalent. Diploma in AME
• Dy. Quality Manager: Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Station Manager: MBA / Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma

Salary Grade

• Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: Equivalent to E-6 grade (Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000) of IDA Scale
• Continued Airworthiness Manager: Equivalent to E-4 grade (Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) of IDA Scale
• Quality Manager: Equivalent to E-4 grade (Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) of IDA Scale
• Air Safety Officer: Equivalent to E-4 grade (Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000) of IDA Scale
• Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager: Equivalent to E-3 grade (Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000) of IDA Scale
• Dy. Quality Manager: Equivalent to E-3 grade (Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000) of IDA Scale
• Station Manager: Equivalent to E-1 grade (Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000) of IDA Scale
