You will create interactive e-learning modules, deliver live webinars, and facilitate virtual training sessions. Additionally, you will support clients in troubleshooting technical issues and provide ongoing learning support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements for clients
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools
- Facilitate live webinars and virtual training sessions for a diverse range of learners
