Qualification

Candidates Should Posses B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, Diploma, MBA/PGDM, PG Diploma in relevant discipline

Scale of pay

Assistant Manager: Rs.30,000-1,20,000/-. CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).

Deputy Manager: Rs.40,000-1,40,000/-. CTC: Rs.12 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
