Application as per the format Annexed as “A” are invited from permanent residents of District Kishtwar, Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir due to poor response to this office earlier notification No. 01 Dated 05-10-2024 for contractual engagement as Watershed Development Team Members (WDTs), Data Entry Operators and Multitasking Staff (MTS) for Project Implementing Agency (PIA) for District Kishtwar for implementation of the sanctioned project namely WDC-01/2021-22(IWMP), under WDC-PMKSY2.0. The last date for receiving of application form by hand in the office of the Project Manager, Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP), Project Implementing Agency, Kishtwar is 17-12-2024 upto 04:00 PM or within seven days from the date of publication of this notification in the leading daillies whichever is latter.

The applicants who have already applied need not to apply again.

Application received after expiry of due date will not be entertained.

Terms and conditions :

1. The application of the candidate who possess the degree awarded through correspondence mode, which is not approved as per order/ circular issued by J&k Govt. / University of Jammu/Kashmir shall be rejected out-rightly.

2. The applicant must be domicile of the district for which he/she is applying. If candidate with the prescribed qualified is not available in the concerned district, candidate of adjacent district can be considered.

3. The age limit for the engagement of WDT member and other under WDC-PMKSY-2.0 shall be fixed as per the prevailing Govt. Rules of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.

4. The selected candidate shall be paid a fixed remuneration of Rs:15000(fifteen thousand) only per month for WDTs, Rs:9375(nine thousand three hundred and seventy-five) only for Data Entry operator and MTS shall be paid as per minimum wage norms.

5. The selected candidate shall bear good moral character and there is nothing adverse against him/her in police station record. Selected candidates have to furnish an affidavit dully attested by judicial magistrate to this effect before being allowed to join.

6. The contractual engagement shall be a co-terminus with the project sanctioned under PMKSY-2.0 (An affidavit duly attested by first class judicial magistrate, shall be furnished by the selectee stating His/her will not claim for further continuation /permanent absorption in the agency, Rural Development department before joining).

7. The candidate whose performance is not up to mark or who indulges in such activity which amounts to the unbecoming of government servant. Such a candidate can be terminated without giving prior notice.

8. Candidate will submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents with their application form.

a. Provisional/ Degree certificates.

b. Marks certificates.

c. Date of birth certificate

d. Experience certificate.

e. Domicile Certificate

f. Medical Certificate of Fitness.
