Examination for the year-2018 and opening of facilitation centre at
Group Centre, CRPF, Rambagh, Srinagar
The staff selection Commission is conducting an open examination for recruitment to the post of 54,953 (Male/Female) Constables (General Duty) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. The salient features of the recruitment eligibility are as under:-
The advertisement for above recruitment giving full details of eligibility about physical standard/ Education qualification/ Age limit etc is published in Employment Newspaper for the week of 21st July to 27th July, 2018.
Education qualifications: Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized board/ Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualifications as on 01/8/2018 will not be eligible and need not apply.
Age Limit: 18-23 years as on 01/08/2018. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02/8/1995 and later than 01/08/2000. However, the age limit is relax-able for SC, ST, OBC, Ex- servicemen and other categories of person in accordance with the Government orders on the subject.
Nationality/citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India. Vacancies are state/UT wise hence a candidate must submit domicile/PRC against his/her state/UT.
How to apply : The candidates who are interested for recruitment for the post of Constables (General Duty) (Male/Female) can apply online through the website http://www.ssc.nic.in >GD-Constable from 24th July, 2018 to 24th August, 2018.
Facilitation centre is functioning at Group Centre, CRPF, Rambagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir to assist/help candidates who are finding difficulties to fill up Form online and appearing in GE and answering question on computer for the recruitment of Constable (GD) (Male/Female) examination- 2018. The timing for facilitation centre at Group Centre, CRPF, Rambagh, Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir is from 10 AM to 05 PM (daily basis) with lunch break from 0100 PM to 0230 PM.
The Facilitation centres are also functioning at various CRPF Bns Hqr located in Kashmir
