Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company and India’s Premier Professional Electronics Company under Ministry of Defence, requires the following personnel on temporary basis for its Machilipatnam Unit :

Telecommunication from a recognised institute/university
\H Project Engineer (Mechanical) – I : 12
Essential Educational Qualification :
Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering (4 year course) in Mechanical from a recognised institute/university.
Age : For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in upper age limit in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B. Tech / B.Sc Engineering (4 year course) in Mechanical from a recognised institute/university.
Candidates having essential educational qualification with other disciplines will not be considered.
In case there is no mention of specialization in the qualifying degree as required in the essential educational qualification, candidates required to submit a certificate from their University/Institute with a clear mention to their specialization in the qualifying degree.
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT &REMUNERATION :
a) The selected candidates will be engaged initially for a period of Three years which may be extended up to maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.40,000/-, Rs.45,000/- , Rs.50,000/- and Rs.55,000/- for 1st, 2nd, 3rd year and 4th year of contract respectively.
b) The candidates who join as Project Engineer- I and complete overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled for Retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000/ for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 4 years i.e., Rs. 1,00,000/
c) In addition to the above, consolidated amount of Rs.12,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, and footwear allowance etc. The additional amount shall be paid in two installments.
First installment will be processed in the first month’s salary after joining and the second installment will be paid after completion of 6 months from the date of joining.
d) If the selected candidate is posted to outside MACHILIPATNAM, where BEL doesn’t have unit / regional office/ water front support centers, to compensate the hardship faced by them at the aforesaid locations they will be paid 10% of consolidated remuneration as area allowance per month.
e) Apart from the remuneration and benefits indicated above, Project engineers will not be eligible for any other benefits / facilities.

One Candidate can apply for ONE post only.
Reservation for the reserved categories will be applicable as per Govt. Guidelines.
It is mandatory for the candidate who is already working in any of the units of BEL to give prior intimation to the respective HR for attending the selection process.
The candidate who is presently working in any of the Units of BEL as Project Engineer is not eligible to apply.
Candidates employed in Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public Sector Undertaking are required to submit the application through proper channel. They need to submit
‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview.
