Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: For Research Assistant, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science with a minimum of 55% and possess NET, M.Phil, or Ph.D. qualification. For Field Investigator, a postgraduate degree in Social Science with a minimum of 55% is required.
Other Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in research projects.

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to report in person at the Department of Educational Studies, Central University of Jammu, Rahya-Suchani (Bagla), Samba, J&K on 26 May 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Candidates can also appear online via a link sent to their email.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of walk-in interview conducted in hybrid mode. The selection committee’s decision will be final.
Interested candidates must appear in person with original and self-attested documents or attend online using the link shared via email.
The interview begins at 11:30 a.m. on the scheduled date. Emoluments for the posts are ₹37,000 per month for Research Assistant and ₹20,000 per month for Field Investigator.
