Recruitment in Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Ramban
Applications as per the format Annexed as “A”, are invited from the permanent residents of District Ramban, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for Contractual engagement as Watershed Development Team Members (WDTs), Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Multitasking Staff (MTS) for Project Implementing Agency (PIA) for District Ramban for implementation of the projects of Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP) under WDC-PMKSY 2.0.
The Last date for receiving of application form by hand in the Office of the Project Manager, Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP), Project Implementing Agency Ramban First Floor Jehlum Block, District Administrative Complex Ramban is 31/10/2024 up to 4:00 p.m. Applications received after expiry of due date will not be entertained.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The application of the candidate who possesses the Degree awarded through Correspondence mode which is not approved as per Order/Circular issued by J&K Government/ University of Kashmir/Jammu shall be rejected out-rightly.
2. The candidate must be a domicile of the District Ramban for which he/she is applying. If the candidate with the desired qualification is not available in the Ramban district, candidate of the adjacent district can be considered.
3. The Age limit for the engagement of Watershed Development Team Members and others under WDC-PMKSY 2.0 shall be fixed as per the prevailing Govt, Rules of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
4. The selected candidate shall be paid a fixed remuneration as under:
a. Rs. 15000(Fifteen thousand) only per month for WDT’s,
b. Rs. 9375 (Nine thousand three hundred and seventy-five) only for Data Entry Operators and
c. MTS shall be paid as per minimum wage norms.
5. The selected Candidate shall bear good moral character and there is nothing adverse against him/her in Police or Vigilance record.
6. Selected candidates have to furnish an affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to this effect before being allowed to join.
7. The contractual engagement shall be co-terminus with the project sanctioned under WDC-PMKSY 2.0. (An affidavit dully attested by the First Class magistrate shall be furnished by the selectee stating that He/ She will not claim for further continuation/ permanent absorption in the Agency/ Rural Development Department before joining).
8. The candidate whose performance is not up to mark or who indulges in such activity which amounts to the unbecoming of government servant, such a candidate can be terminated without giving prior notice.
9. Candidates will submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents with their application form.
a) Provisional / Degree certificate. b) Marks Certificate. c) Domicile certificate d) Date of Birth Certificate. e) Experience Certificate.
Selection Criteria:
WDTs:
a) Basic Qualification – 40 marks (proportionate).
b) Additional Qualification (Additional higher Degree) in the relevant subject -10 marks (proportionate).
c) Experience-Maximum – 20 marks and (2 marks for per completed year)
d) Preferential Experience for those who have worked in PMKSY 1.0 Maximum 10 marks (2 marks per completed year)
e) Interview-20 marks
Data Entry Operators:
a) Basic qualification- 40 marks (proportionate)
b) Additional Qualification (Additional higher Degree) in the relevant subject 10 marks (proportionate).
c) Experience-Maximum 20 marks and (2 marks for per completed year)
d) Preferential Experience for those who have worked in PMKSY 1.0 Maximum 10 marks (2 marks per completed year)
e) Interview-20 marks
MTS:
a) 10th – 40 marks (proportionate) b) 12th – 10 marks (proportionate)
c) Experience-Maximum 20 marks and (2 marks for per completed year)
d) Preferential Experience for those who have worked in PMKSY 1.0 Maximum 10 marks (2 marks for per completed year)
e) Interview-20marks
