EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
ECHS invites applications to engage the following Medical, Para Medical & Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic, Srinagar for a period up to 31 March 2026/one year (on receipt of vacancy for F.Y. 2026–27) renewable for additional period of one year (till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/other conditions according to the criteria as mentioned against each post):

3. Last date for receipt of applications as per format given on our website: Application as per requisite format along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification and Work Experience will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQ (ECHS Cell), Srinagar by 26 July 2025 in duplicate. Any application received after 26 July 2025 will not be accepted.
4. Interview Date, Timing & Venue: Interview will be conducted at Stn HQ, Badami Bagh, Srinagar. Candidates will be informed telephonically & via e-mail/ SMS on mobile Nos. Candidates must bring all the original certificates/mark sheets/degree of 10+2 and Graduation/Post Graduation/ Diploma Course and work experience and Discharge Book, PPO, Service records and 2 PP size photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply.
5. Handling/Taking Over: Selected individuals will have to carry out 10 days On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC polyclinic before signing the contract. In case of refusal of OJT the contract would be rendered void by OIC ECHS Cell at Stn HQs. The duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as contractual employee.
