Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for engagement against the below-mentioned position on a contract basis for a period of one year under the National Programme on Antimicrobial Resistance Containment in the Department of Microbiology, Govt. Medical College, Srinagar in accordance with the provisions/guidelines of the scheme for a period of one year, or till the continuation of the scheme/availability of funds, whichever is earlier

Minimum Qualification : B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institution with two years’ experience in nursing at a Govt. Hospital/Private (NAВНaccredited) Hospital.

Terms & Conditions :-
01. The contractual engagement is not being made against any substantive post and as such won’t confer any right upon the hired person for regular/permanent appointment. The contractual engagee shall have to furnish an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that he/she will not claim regular appointment at any time in the future date on the strength of this contractual engagement.
02. The selected candidate shall have to execute an agreement that he/she will not leave the Department before the completion of contract. However, abandonment of the engagement under the scheme will require one month’s prior notice from the engagee/incumbent, failing which the remuneration shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the Department and shall be released on completion of sanctioned term.
03. The selected candidate must work as per the job assigned under the above referred project.
04. If a contractual engagee at any point of time willfully neglects or refuses to perform the assigned duties, his/her engagement shall be terminated forthwith without any notice, and he/she shall not be entitled to any salary for such a period.
